DropRadar – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Shopify app DropRadar (“the app”, “we”) handles data. The app is provided by Goose Games, Wiesbaden, Germany. Contact: shop@goose-games.de.

1. What data the app processes

DropRadar displays a product-release roadmap in your store. It only processes the data required to operate:

• Shop information: your shop domain and an access token (session) issued by Shopify, so the app can communicate with your store.
• Store content: product and metaobject data (e.g. the release entries you create) that are shown in the roadmap block.

The app does not collect any personal data of your customers, does not build profiles, and does not use tracking.

2. How the data is used

Solely to provide the app’s features (displaying the roadmap and authenticating with Shopify). We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Storage and deletion

The data above is stored only while the app is installed in your store. Upon uninstall, the associated access data is deleted. We honor Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks (including shop/redact, customers/redact, customers/data_request).

4. Service providers

• Shopify – the platform the app runs on.
• Fly.io – hosting of the app backend (EU region).

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
